I’m not flexible, can I do this anyway? 

Yoga is so much more than flexibility and this is what we will be discovering together. Vicky will create personalized yoga sessions adapted to your own body and health.

I have injuries, will the sessions be adapted?

Online Private Yoga creates personalized yoga sessions adapted to your own body and health. We can certainly work with your injuries.

What do I need for the practice?

For our private yoga sessions, you will be needing the following : 

 

Quiet space

Yoga mat

Yoga blanket

Yoga blocks

Yoga strap

Bolster

Computer

How much time will I need for this? 

Our private yoga sessions are 60 minutes minimum but can go up to 75 or 90 minutes depending on your schedule, practice and needs. We ask for a commitment of minimum 3 months to start off.

How often can we practice together?

As often as you would like, with a minimum commitment of at least one practice per week.

What style of yoga will we practice? 

Various yoga styles may influence the personalized yoga sessions : Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

I live on the other side of the world, can I stil practice with you?

Yes you can, and please do! How lucky are we to have the technology that allows us to connect, no matter where we are located.

What are the rates? 

The rates are dependant on several factors and will be shared on the complimentary consultation call.
